Boral chief executive Zlatko Todorcevski says the building products group isn't planning a capital raising as part of his revival plans and that other potential asset sales and the struggling North American business are being considered as a strategic review nears completion.

Mr Todorcevski is still deciding whether the poor-performing US operations should be offloaded and said on Friday he would make announcements on the future shape of the company and its capital structure by late October.
