Husband and wife team behind $220m Trajan life sciences IPO
A decade after it was founded by husband and wife team Stephen and Angela Tomisich, analytical science and devices company Trajan Group has filed to list on the ASX with a market capitalisation of $220 million.
The business, which is based in the Melbourne suburb of Ringwood, is a developer and manufacturer of analytical science instruments, devices and solutions used predominantly in healthcare, as well as food and environmental analysis. This ranges from microscope slides used to analyse breast tissue to analytical syringes and a micro-sampling tool for blood analysis.
