Health insurer and aged care provider Bupa is facing a union backlash over planned changes to staff rostering at its residential nursing homes.
The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) has lodged a dispute in the Fair Work Commission (FWC) over Bupa’s decision to change staffing hours in its 57 residential nursing homes.
