Former Bellamy’s Organic chairman Rob Woolley has popped up as a major shareholder and chair of a biomedical cryopreservation company that has raised $7.9 million ahead of an anticipated public float.
Vitrafy Life Sciences was established in 2018 and has developed a technology to deliver precise and consistent results when cryopreserving biological materials such as blood and semen.
