Public hearings for the royal commission into Crown Resorts will kick off next Wednesday, March 24, in Melbourne, marking the beginning of the second wave of investigations into the embattled casino giant.
Mr Finkelstein has tapped Melbourne silks Adrian Finanzio, SC, and Penny Nezkovcin, QC, to be his counsel assisting. His former associate, Geoffrey Kozminksy, who came to the bar in 2015 after working at corporate law firm Arnold Bloch Leibler is also part of the legal team. Law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth will advise the team.
