Tabcorp slashes 10pc of workforce in cost cut drive

Tabcorp chief executive Gillon McLachlan has slashed 10 per cent of the wagering group’s workforce to cut costs and simplify the business.
People briefed on the redundancies said about 200 roles have been cut from Tabcorp since the company’s annual meeting in October when Mr McLachlan flagged he would reduce operating costs this financial year.
