PointsBet gives DraftKings nine days to get offer on table

PointsBet has given DraftKings, which lobbed an indicative $US195 million ($283 million) bid for its business in the United States on Friday, nine days to formalise the offer before it proceeds with an alternate deal.

Sources close to the discussions between the two companies said the ASX-listed wagering group would continue to recommend shareholders accept an earlier, $US150 million offer from Florida-headquartered Fanatics.
