Good evening
And that’s a wrap. Thanks for following the Crown royal commission with us today.
Tomorrow is the last day of hearings before Commissioner Ray Finkelstein turns his attention to writing his final report, and we will be hearing from two expert witnesses.
First up we have McGrathNicol partner Robyn McKern, who led a forensic review of Crown’s approach to money laundering risks, and into indications of money laundering on Crown’s accounts, for the commission.
Then we have Elizabeth Arzadon, managing directorof Kiel Advisory Group and the “boardroom psychologist” from ASIC’s infamous 2019 effort to embed psychologists in company board meetings, who provided a report to the commission addressing corporate culture.
As for Helen Coonan, her evidence is finished and she says she is off to find a “stiff drink” after today’s grilling.
