Wealth giant FNZ faces class action by employee shareholders

Hundreds of employees of FNZ, the wealth technology giant that counts National Australia Bank and Colonial First State as customers, are preparing to lodge a class action against the company in the coming weeks.

A group of more than 300 FNZ staff who are also long-standing shareholders – based across the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Asia – have engaged New Zealand law firm MC to put the finishing touches on a statement of claim.
