'The next Skase': investor fury over iProsperity fugitive

Police, the corporate regulator, creditors and the administrator are all being blamed for allowing Michael Gu, founder of collapsed property group iProsperity, to skip the country despite well-publicised claims of fraud totalling about $180 million.

As the finger-pointing and recriminations about Mr Gu fleeing to the US continued on Wednesday, it has emerged that NSW Police has opened a fraud investigation into the Lamborghini-driving former mobile phone salesman.
