Private equity partners in $300m outsourcing buyout

Sydney-based Quadrant Private Equity has joined Adrian MacKenzie's Five V Capital in the $300 million buyout of Filipino outsourcing agency Microsourcing from ASX-listed marketing services group Salmat.

Quadrant Private Equity has secured a stake in Five V Capital-backed portfolio company Probe Group, through which the offshore business will be purchased, and two board seats after the buyout firm partnered with Five V to stitch up the deal.
