Perpetual sues former wealth adviser who defected to Morgan Stanley

Former Perpetual partner Daniel Elias was poached by Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in May and began work in August as a senior vice president. He had worked at Perpetual for five years and oversaw a team of advisers catering to wealthy people with at least $5 million to invest.
