New NSX investor has history with Jack Dorsey, Sam Bankman-Fried

A start-up investor who has taken a 20 per cent stake in fledgling exchange challenger NSX Limited has previously sold businesses to Block Inc boss Jack Dorsey and accused cryptocurrency fraudster Sam Bankman-Fried.
Michael Giles, a Melburnian living in the United States, took the 19.99 per cent stake in the NSX through his vehicle FinTech HQ.
