Mobile Embrace plots growth plans after capital raising

ASX-listed mobile payments, marketing and advertising business Mobile Embrace has completed a $11.75 million capital raising, which it says will be used for product development and business expansion.

The company is beginning to attract the attention of potential investors due to its positioning in the rapidly growing mobile advertising market. Chief executive Chris Thorpe said the company had received demand substantially in excess of the total number of new shares offered under the raising.
