Financial Review Rich Lister Lex Greensill made his fortune running his eponymous supply-chain finance empire – so he’s practically written the rule book on acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.

Locked down at home in a village in northern England, he’s found a new and unexpected way to play the go-between: as the local miller.
