K2 Asset Management has hit back against an investor aiming to block its appointment as the responsible entity to the troubled US Masters Residential Fund, branding the alternative proposal “inappropriate”.
Last month K2 was appointed to act as the responsible entity to oversee six managed funds under the remit of E&P Financial, formerly Evans Dixon.
