Jon Adgemis fails in bid to conceal bankruptcy pursuit over $26m debt

Former KPMG dealmaker turned pub baron Jon Adgemis attempted to conceal a $26 million debt to Monaco-based rag trader Richard Gazal, arguing that it could cause the collapse of his hospitality empire.

Mr Adgemis has been attempting to conceal the extent of his debts, and that Mr Gazal is now trying to bankrupt him, by asking the Federal Court to suppress details of the dispute between the two businessmen.
