Insurers investigated over small business treatment

The small business ombudsman will launch an inquiry into Australian insurers' treatment of small businesses, saying it has evidence they are ratcheting up premiums or refusing cover altogether.
It also claimed some insurers were changing the terms of small business insurance policies without consulting the businesses in question.
