Insolvency experts were preparing for the worst inside major debt recovery outfit Collection House almost six months before the company tumbled into voluntary administration, new documents show.

Collection House, once valued at more than $500 million, was one of Australia’s biggest debt chasing businesses but appointed voluntary administrators from FTI Consulting two weeks ago.
