Insignia shares sink after ‘disappointing’ dividend pause

Insignia shares sank on Thursday after the financial services giant paused its dividend and reported an annual loss of $185.3 million.
The toll of remediation activity stung its bottom line five years after the Hayne royal commission, with $243 million in costs and penalties for prior wrongdoing fed into the statutory loss.
