Christian, Wylie told to quit Humm, Fahour’s Latitude rating cut

Some Humm shareholders have demanded the immediate resignation of chairwoman Christine Christian and director John Wylie, saying the duo failed to act in their best interests by allowing Latitude Group to walk away from buying its consumer finance business.

“We are calling for an immediate resignation of the chairwoman and also John Wylie for not acting in the best interests of shareholders,” head of Australian equities at Tamim Asset Management Ron Shamgar said.
