Three ex-UBS and Evans & Partners bankers are the latest deal operatives to enter Australia’s crowded corporate advisory market, launching a start-up focused on real estate and funds management.
Investment bankers Richard Hunt, Ian Holmes and Steve Hawkins started Denison Partners last month to compete against the likes of Luminis Partners and Gresham for the right to advise companies on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raisings.
