E&P ‘intends’ to defend Dixon Advisory class action claim

E&P Financial Group and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dixon Advisory & Superannuation Services Pty Ltd (DASS), says it intends to defend the class action claim brought against it in a Melbourne court alleging it provided conflicted advice that was not in the best interest of the firm’s clients.

Former Dixon Advisory client Trudy Stott is a director of the corporate trustee of her self-managed super fund, Kosen-Rufu Pty Ltd, which is the lead plaintiff in a class action filed in the Federal Court of Australia on November 1.
