CFOs positive in uncertain backdrop but doubt corporate tax cuts will eventuate
Australia chief financial officers are more optimistic, a new survey has found, even against the most uncertain backdrop on record.
According to Deloitte's latest CFO Sentiment report, more than half of the 90 CFOs from Australia's top listed companies surveyed in November and December last year think that the appointment of Donald Trump as president of the United States will have no impact on their business.
