A retiree who bought a Raptis Group apartment was locked out of her own money after a bank mistakenly implemented an $80 million tax office-freezing order linked to developer Jim Raptis.

The 68-year-old was astounded to find she could not access $145,000 in her Commonwealth Bank account.
