It's Lazard Lazard Carnegie Wylie has announced it will change its name to Lazard to reflect "a consistency with other parts of the Lazard global operations". The French bank Lazard acquired independent advisory firm Carnegie Wylie in 2007. Lazard's Australian head of corporate advisory, John Wylie, also announced that John Stewart, who was working in JP Morgan's San Francisco office, has joined as a managing director.
