Damon Tudor has just opened Sydney’s first surf park, and is morphing the novel wave pool into a bankable asset class for lenders looking for peculiar investments.
Urbnsurf piled millions of dollars into building its latest water park in Homebush, in the city’s western suburbs, and the chief executive’s ambitions for the company are as grand as the pool – roughly the size of the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
