The corporate watchdog is investigating the conduct of global financial giant Macquarie as part of a probe into Keystone Asset Management – a superannuation trustee whose assets were frozen as regulators looked into allegedly misleading statements, undisclosed conflicts and risks in its funds.
Keystone Asset Management suspended redemptions from its Shield Master Fund, a registered managed fund, in April.
