Oil Search chief executive Peter Botten has underlined the urgency of resolving the uncertainty over a gas deal with the Papua New Guinea government to avoid the expiry of attractively priced contracts for engineering work on a proposed $US14 billion ($20.7 billion) LNG expansion.
