This week Australia got its first glimpse of the latest iteration of the national climate and energy strategy. We’ve been here too many times over the past decade. It should feel like we are charting a course for the next 30 years, not watching a new episode of Neighbours.
Thursday's release of a Discussion Paper for the Morrison Government’s centrepiece Technology Investment Roadmap followed the expert panel review of the Emissions Reduction Fund. Between them they provide a useful compass bearing for how the Government plans to re-set direction on national climate policy.
