Investors revolt over Dwyer as AGL chair

AGL Energy’s board may be rethinking the proposed appointment of Paula Dwyer as its new chairman amid dismay among some major investors at the choice.
Ms Dwyer, a former chairman of Tabcorp, was revealed by The Australian Financial Review’s Rear Window column on Tuesday as the to-be-appointed chairman of the embattled electricity and gas supplier.
