After some false starts, the notion of hydrogen as the clean energy medium of the future is being fuelled by none other than Australia’s richest man, Andrew Forrest, and his Fortescue Future Industries.

More than a dozen hydrogen-related stocks have emerged on the ASX, although only a few them are pure-play exposures.
