Mike Cannon-Brookes’ Grok Ventures will seek two seats on AGL Energy’s board if the plan to split the giant electricity supplier fails.
The tech billionaire has told AGL chairman Peter Botten, advising him to start preparing for the eventuality that the demerger plan collapses.
