Visual planning tool finds way to top in year when AI reigns

Growing up on a farm in the Western Australian wheatbelt town of Tammin, Lucy Cooke watched her father draw with sticks in the dirt to map out the day’s tasks for her and her brother.

It took Cooke a number of university degrees – in media and communications, broadcasting and behavioural science – and a stint in Hollywood working on film and television sets before her father’s maps came back to haunt her.
