On the 122nd floor of the world’s tallest building, a 300-gram striploin from Australia costs about $580.
That’s nearly $60 every mouthful of Wylarah beef, a “fullblood Wagyu” featuring “the perfect balance of marbling and lean”, served at At.mosphere restaurant in Dubai’s Burj Khalifa skyscraper.
