The work from home debate appears to be settled, with The Australian Financial Review’s Chanticleer CEO Survey again revealing a broad acceptance that flexible work is good for staff and staff retention.

But almost four years since the start of the pandemic, the poll points to a growing unease among many bosses, who are now more openly questioning the impact on productivity, staff development, company culture and career advancement.
