WiseTech kicks the succession can down the road with a bolter

WiseTech’s bolt from the blue CEO appointment does little to win back any investors, let alone attract new ones.

Welcome to the big leagues Zubin Appoo, a 44-year-old tech executive from Sydney’s Hills district, who’s made one of the biggest career leaps ever seen on the ASX.

At the start of the year, Appoo was running the Uniting Church’s online marketplace Find a Carer – a website that connects older Australians or those with disabilities, with just $155,000 in issued capital and a few dozen staff (tops).
