‘The middle of Sydney will become apartments’

Paul Broad and Scott Charlton have very different views on how our cities will look after the pandemic. But there’s no doubt infrastructure planning needs to reflect new priorities. 

Paul Broad, chief executive of Snowy Hydro, certainly didn’t have a case of Mondayitis as he fronted The Australian Financial Review’s Infrastructure Summit in Sydney, immediately painting a picture of how Australia’s biggest city will look in a post-pandemic world.
