The biggest shadow over Crown's AGM

At Crown's AGM on Thursday, chairman Helen Coonan is likely to outline more of her plan for reform. But investors believe another woman controls the company's fate. 

On a scale of one to Andrew Demetriou, the evidence of Crown Resorts chairman Helen Coonan at the NSW casino inquiry went relatively smoothly.

Coonan was at least prepared to recognise that Crown had made serious mistakes – including “facilitating” money laundering – and demonstrated a commitment to fixing them.
