Former Financial Review Young Rich Lister Tolga Kumova’s defamation victory over Alan Davison, also known as Stock Swami, is a timely reminder for the Twitterverse that accusations of criminal behaviour need to be backed with facts.

Stock Swami accused Kumova of using a series of tweets as part of a deliberate strategy to mislead and deceive the investing public and to further Kumova’s own financial interests.
