Neobank Volt on the charge for $30b of mortgages
The challenger bank is poised to roll out its banking-as-a-service strategy. Chairman Graham Bradley says it can capture $30 billion of mortgages.
When Graham Bradley last month staked his reputation on the success of the neobank Volt, he attached his name to a banking business model that has been tried before and failed.
In joining Volt as chairman, Bradley, who used to be chairman of HSBC Australia, made himself the face of a challenging capital-raising program that will seek to attract about $600 million in regulatory capital by the end of 2022.
