It would be an understatement to say that former ASX chief executive Dominic Stevens handed his successor Helen Lofthouse a dog’s breakfast when he suddenly took leave of the ASX this year.
Instead of fronting up to the manifest problems caused by the poor design and management of the $250 million CHESS clearing and settlement replacement project, he handed it over to Lofthouse.
