Telstra mobile customers hit with 4G outages
Telstra mobile customers were hit with network outages across the country, just weeks before the company is set to unveil a series of new initiatives to help it tackle the challenges of the hyper-competitive telecommunications market.
The telco experienced network issues on 4G mobile voice and data services across Australia, which was also affecting 3G services. Services were returning to normal by the afternoon. Telstra is investigating and has not, as yet, found the cause of the problem.
