Social media customer intelligence start-up Local Measure is accelerating its offshore growth plans, raising $4.5 million to help the business push further into the tourism and hospitality sectors.
The company, which provides business owners and managers with real-time information on what their customers are saying on social media and alerts them to when a customer is unhappy, already has offices in Singapore, the east coast of the US and London, and now it intends to set up shop in Dubai and Los Angeles.
