Lawyer-turned-retailer Michael Josephson says building a fashion chain is akin to flying a jumbo.
"Getting off the ground is slow and torturous. Once the plane is flying and gaining altitude from there it starts becoming exponential," said Mr Josephson, co-founder and major shareholder of lifestyle fashion chain Universal Store.
