Simon Anquetil, the former chief executive of the payroll company at the centre an extraordinary $165 million tax fraud syndicate, has ben arrested and charged.
Police allege the 34-year-old Lavender Bay man conspired to defraud the Commonwealth of taxation revenue totaling more than $165 million. He faces a maximum 10 years in jail.
