Two more directors resigned from the board of CPA Australia on Thursday, upset over their colleagues refusal to stand down chief executive Alex Malley.
The departure of Jennifer Lang, the director of strategic treasury and procurement at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Deborah Ong, a partner at PwC Singapore, means half the 12-member board has quit the accountants' body in the last fortnight over its direction under the high-profile Mr Malley.
