It’s adapt or die when it comes to artificial intelligence, but that doesn’t mean ripping up business models and starting from scratch, even at the fast-growing and supposedly flexible end of Australian business.

Instead, it’s bit by bit. Start small, think broadly about where AI could make a difference, and try. Change is necessary, but it does not have to be wholesale or broad-based on day one.
