An elderly man has died on a private property after two ATVs crashed on Tuesday afternoon.
Emergency services attended the scene on Synott Rd, Petherick - south-west of Keith - just before 5.30pm on Tuesday, after reports the all-terrain vehicles had crashed.
A 77-year-old local man died at the scene while the driver of a second ATV was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police will be preparing a report for the Coroner.
Earlier this year, a prominent fruit grower and beloved 92-year-old grandfather died after a quad bike crash in the Adelaide Hills in April.
Just a week earlier, a 50-year-old Hackham man died after a quad bike accident on March 30.
