Lamborghini impounded as police pull over alleged drug driver at Paradise and find child in car
A bright orange ultra high-powered Lamborghini has been loaded onto the back of a truck and taken away after its 35-year-old driver tested positive for cannabis in Adelaide’s northeast.

A bright orange Lamborghini was impounded after the driver allegedly tested positive to cannabis at Paradise on Thursday night.
Police pulled over the orange luxury sports car – a Lamborghini Huracan – on Darley Rd, Paradise about 5.45pm.
Officers conducted a mobile driver test and to ensure the driver was the holder of a valid U-Class (ultra high-powered vehicle) licence.
The driver, a 35-year-old man, held the appropriate licence but tested positive to cannabis.
He was issued with a three-month instant loss of licence pending forensic analysis and the Lambo was impounded for 28 days.
Police reported there was a child in the vehicle at the time.
It comes after a string of unlucky incidents for luxury cars across Adelaide with a Maserati found alight on Wednesday night in Adelaide’s northeast which police believe was deliberately torched.
On Thursday, a Corvette sports car was destroyed in a Burton driveway when a house fire took hold.
And on Wednesday, a Porsche SUV was stolen off a quiet residential street after a break-in at a home in Adelaide’s northeastern suburbs, with police now investigating.
